Employee Relations Manager

ENGINEERINGUK is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and leading employee relations strategies across multiple business lines.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement employee relations strategies to enhance employee engagement and experience.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on labor laws and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential labor risks through proactive strategies.
- Partner with operations leadership and national stakeholders to address vulnerabilities and implement solutions.
- University degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, or Labor Relations.
- Relevant professional experience in employee relations, labor relations, or labor/employment law.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Experience in managing complex projects and programs within a matrix environment.
- Strong change management, leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Relevant experience working on labor and employee relations matters in a unionized environment.
- Experience working with third-party contractor workforces.
- Ability to travel 50% or more of the time.
