Employee Relations Manager

Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading financial services firm in London to find an experienced Employee Relations Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations within a complex, matrixed environment, preferably in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a wide range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, absence management, and workplace investigations, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
- Advise managers and employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, line managers, and senior leadership to provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters, supporting business objectives and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Track and analyse employee relations trends and case data, providing insights and recommendations to HR leadership to inform strategy and improve processes.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to managers and employees on employee relations topics, such as performance management, conflict resolution, and employment law updates.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in employee relations, preferably within the financial services sector or a similarly complex, regulated environment.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law, employee relations best practices, and experience handling complex ER cases from start to finish.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and complex employee relations issues with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
