Employee Relations Manager

Job Summary:
Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our People team. As an Employee Relations Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, and workplace disputes. You will work closely with managers and employees to resolve conflicts and improve workplace relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, and workplace disputes.
- Work closely with managers and employees to resolve conflicts and improve workplace relationships.
- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide training and coaching to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations matters.
Requirements:
- Experience in employee relations, HR, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
