Employee Relations Manager Job Description
**About the Role**
JSS Search is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for managing the Employee Relations function across EMEA.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the Employee Relations function, including management of a small ER team
* Work closely with the HR Director to develop the ER roadmap and drive the ER agenda across the business
* Manage senior/complex ER issues across EMEA, utilizing HR data and reporting to influence decisions
**Requirements**
* 7-10 years of Employee Relations experience
* Significant EMEA based ER experience
* Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the legal framework in the UK

* Competitive base salary (£75,000-£80,000 dependent on experience)
