Child Psychologist Specialist

We are seeking a highly specialized Applied Psychologist to join our team at Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will work as part of our Psychologically Informed Partnership Approach (PIPA) service, providing psychological support to vulnerable children and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provides highly specialist psychological assessment and intervention to young people with complex needs.
- Undertakes risk assessment and risk management for young people, providing specialist advice to other professionals.
- Formulates plans for highly specialist psychological therapy and/or management of clients' mental health conditions.
- HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist
- Post-graduate training in clinical / counselling / forensic psychology
- Trained in care co-ordination and clinical supervision
- Evidence of continuing professional development
The post holder will be required to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and undertake care co-ordination/lead practitioner responsibilities.
Estimated Salary£50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
