Key Challenges:

  • Improving our Care Inspectorate Inspection rating from 'Requires Improvement' to a higher standard.
  • Reducing agency usage and increasing occupancy levels.
  • Enhancing our Carehome.co.uk rating.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive base salary up to £85,000 per annum.
