Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Home Manager to join our team at Queens Park Care.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a premium care home provider in Wimborne, Dorset, as they plan to refurbish the care home with new interiors and facilities and change its registration from residential to nursing.

As a Senior Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of high-quality care within a large care home. You will possess strong commercial acumen, with a history of driving occupancy and improving fees.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care to residents
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve care quality and occupancy rates
  • Managing budgets and resources to ensure efficient operation of the care home
  • Collaborating with the Senior Management Team to drive business growth and development

The interview process will be in a two-stage format, with a video call interview with the HR Business Partner & Regional Director followed by an in-person interview with the Senior Management Team.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in care home management, excellent leadership skills, and knowledge of CQC criteria. A driving license and own vehicle are required for this role.
