Senior Care Home Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Home Manager to join our team at Queens Park Care. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our residential care home in Wimborne, Dorset.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing and delivering high-quality care within large care homes. You will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent communicative skills, and demonstrate excellent leadership. Knowledge of CQC criteria is essential, and a driving license and own vehicle are required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver high-quality care to residents
- Drive occupancy and improve fees
- Lead and motivate a team of care professionals
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations
- Develop and implement care plans

Interview Process:
The interview process will be in a two-stage format. Stage One will involve a video call interview with the HR Business Partner & Regional Director, and Stage Two will be an in-person interview with the Senior Management Team. We are looking for someone who is confident, enthusiastic, and has a passion for delivering high-quality care.
Location:
The care home is based in Wimborne and is commutable from surrounding areas. All enquiries and applications will be strictly confidential.
