Job Overview:

Queens Park Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Home Manager to lead their residential care home in Wimborne, Dorset. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and delivering high-quality care within large care homes, with strong commercial acumen and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to ensure the highest standards of care for residents
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care and support
  • Drive occupancy and improve fees through effective marketing and business development strategies
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to achieve business objectives and improve care home performance
Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of CQC criteria and be knowledgeable about the care sector. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. A driving license and own vehicle are required for this role.

Interview Process:
