Lead and Reinvigorate Our Care Home

Oakdene Care Home, part of the Care Concern Group, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Home Manager to drive excellence in our care services. We provide person-centred care for 71 residents and are looking for a leader who can restore our service to its former glory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy, reduce agency usage, and enhance our Care Inspectorate rating.
  • Collaborate with local healthcare agencies, community professionals, and residents to build strong relationships and embed the highest standards of care.
  • Drive business growth and development through effective management of resources and budgets.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive base salary up to £85,000 per annum.
  • The opportunity to earn an annual bonus up to 40% of your salary, with an OTE of £119,000 per annum.
  • A comprehensive pension scheme.
  • A generous holiday allowance.
