Job Summary

We are looking for a Healthcare Support Worker to provide person-centred care to our residents. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Participate in care planning and implementation
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year of experience working in a care setting
  • An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to care
