Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business and leading the team in their absence.
  • Bringing our brand to life by leading the team in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Acting as a role model for the team, providing support with training and development.
  • Ensuring customer and team safety at all times while upholding high standards.

We're looking for someone with:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to bring out the best in people.
  • The ability to think on your feet and adapt to any challenges that arise during a busy shift.
  • A keen eye for detail and a desire to uphold high standards in all aspects of the job.
