Pioneer Selection Careers is seeking an experienced Electrical Team Leader to join our team in Ashton-under-Lyne, Greater Manchester.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £46,000 per annum, paid on a Monday to Friday basis (8am - 4pm).

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled electrically biased professional with manufacturing background and leadership experience to take on new challenges. As an Electrical Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of electrical engineers and an apprentice, ensuring the successful completion of electrical projects and maintenance activities across the site.

  • You will oversee day-to-day installation and maintenance functions on single and three-phase electrical distribution systems.
  • Your responsibilities will also include preventative maintenance, general repairs, and performance management to meet project targets, KPIs, and encourage upskilling & personal development within the team.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Apprentice training or equivalent experience.
  • A strong background in electrical engineering with previous leadership experience.
