We're seeking an experienced Automotive Team Lead to join our team at Halfords, the UK's largest vehicle service, maintenance and repair business. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for driving profitability and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

With a focus on leadership and coaching, you'll work alongside the Centre Manager to develop high-performing teams and drive business growth. Your experience in automotive or mechanical environments will serve you well in this role, as you'll be dividing your time between the workshop and assisting with daily sales and customer service.
