As an Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering coaching/training to colleagues, ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective management, and meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety. With a current valid driving licence, you'll be able to travel between locations.

This role offers a competitive salary of £28,881 - £34,237 per annum, plus an average uncapped bonus of £7,100 per year. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including 5.6 weeks' annual leave, up to 50% off garage bills, and discounts on groceries, shopping, insurance, and more.
