**Job Summary**

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our Front Desk team as a Reception and Clerical Services Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Outpatients Service, ensuring the smooth operation of our reception areas and supporting our patients and visitors.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a high level of computer literacy. You will also be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Responsibilities**

- Provide administrative support to the Outpatients Service, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and dealing with patient queries.

- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronically and manually.

- Ensure the reception areas are tidy and well-maintained, and report any issues to the relevant teams.

- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues and improve patient flow.

- Cover shifts between the hours of 7am to 8pm Monday to Sunday, including Bank holidays.

**Requirements**

- 5 GCSEs at grade C/4 or above, including English and Maths.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
