Outpatient Service Team Leader

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our busy Outpatient Service team in providing a professional and effective Reception and Clerical service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in planning and circulating the weekly rota for all General Reception areas, and providing day-to-day support within the management of staff including back to work interviews, allocation of workload, appraisals, training, and mentoring.
This role requires physical effort at times when preparing and managing patients' Medical Records, and the use of current patient administration software.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with our patients and other Trust staff members, both clinical and non-clinical.
We offer a competitive salary of £25-£30 per hour, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including career development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
