**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Creative Support. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services across Tameside.

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our services, ensuring that contract requirements and CQC quality standards are met.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deployment of staff to meet individual needs and preferences within available resources
  • Supervision, coaching, performance management, and support of staff, volunteers, and students on placement
  • Identifying training needs of the team both mandatory and service specific, ensuring accurate records are kept

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in health or social care, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a degree or NVQ Level 4/5
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
