Companionship and Support Specialist
We are seeking a caring and empathetic individual to join our team as a Companionship and Support Specialist. This rewarding role involves providing companionship and support to clients in their homes, promoting independence and well-being. As a member of our team, you will enjoy a guaranteed income contract, paid benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities include assisting clients with daily tasks, providing emotional support, and engaging in activities that promote social interaction. We require our Companionship and Support Specialists to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. In return, we offer competitive hourly pay rates, ranging from £13 to £17, depending on the shift.

Our team provides 24/7 support, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident in your role. Benefits include paid mileage, travel time, and training. We also offer a £200 bonus for completing the Care Certificate within three months and a free enhanced DBS check.
