Job Description

This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the life of a child with complex needs. As a support worker, you will provide essential care and assistance to enable the child to participate fully in their daily life.

The majority of care will take place before or after school hours in the family home. This may also include going on walks with the child and potentially accessing the community.

Your Key Tasks:

  1. Support the child with daily living tasks, such as personal care and wheelchair transitions.
  2. Provide emotional support and companionship to the child.
  3. Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the child and their family.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
