Job Responsibilities- Provide compassionate care and support to clients enabling them to live independently with dignity and respect
- Offer companionship based care and support
- Deliver ongoing continuity of care
- Experience in providing care (one year preferred but not essential)
- Education to GSCE or equivalent (preferred)
- Fully comprehensive and ongoing training with regular mentoring
- Full learning and development programme including access to NVQ (RQF) Level 2 and 3
- Exciting opportunities for career progression
- Competitive salary: £12.00 per hour (Monday to Friday), £13.00 per hour (Saturday and Sunday), bank holidays at time and a half, Christmas Day and New Year's Day at double time
- Enhanced pay rates for experienced care workers
- Paid mileage
- 28 days holiday per year (inclusive of bank holidays, pro-rated for part-time workers)
- A day off for your birthday (conditions apply)
