We are seeking a highly proactive and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Obscurant Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base within the recruitment or IT/SaaS industry.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • ">
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies">
  • Generating leads and managing a pipeline of recruiter prospects">
  • Developing tailored made proposals and pricing solutions based on customer needs">
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve sales targets">
  • Working closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to onboarding and implementation">
  • Maintaining a competitive edge by continuously monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments">
  • Providing regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the senior directors">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of one to two years' experience of working in a B2B sales role within the recruitment or IT/SaaS industry. You will also require excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to effectively engage with and influence key decision-makers.
