About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Officer to join our team at DO & CO. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in implementing our HR strategy and contributing to the success of our business.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert advice and guidance to line managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. You will also be responsible for administering payroll, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with employment law.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and provide insightful recommendations. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to line managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Administer payroll and maintain employee records
  • Ensure compliance with employment law
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Provide training and development opportunities to employees
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and provide recommendations
  • Support talent management initiatives, including recruitment and selection
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide insightful recommendations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
