About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Director to join our team at the Office for Nuclear Regulation. As a trusted councillor, you will play a key role in shaping the organisation's direction and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the HR Directorate to support our strategies and deliver people services across ONR.
- Manage teams ranging from Health, Safety & Welfare, to Organisational Development.
- Provide advice and guidance to senior ONR leaders.
- Lead our One ONR culture, inspiring staff to give their best.
Requirements
- Proven track record in HR leadership.
- Membership of a chartered professional body (such as CIPD) at level 5 or above.
- Ability to lead staff through change, deliver complex programmes and people-related initiatives.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
