The Role
At Hartford Care, we're seeking a skilled Culinary Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our resident services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents. Your passion for cooking and commitment to delivering high-quality meals will make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook nutritious and appetizing meals and snacks for residents.
- Ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the resident services team to deliver a positive dining experience.
- Develop and implement menus that cater to individual dietary needs and preferences.
Requirements:
- A compassionate and caring nature.
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to use IT systems.
- Strong organisation and planning skills.
