We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Hartford Care. This is a full-time and part-time opportunity, with sponsorship available for the right candidate.
In this role, you will provide high-quality individualised care and support to each resident, promoting and upholding their privacy, dignity, and independence at all times.
Your primary responsibility will be to create a happy, caring, and safe atmosphere, prioritising residents' needs above all else. You will deliver a wide range of physical, social, emotional, and psychological support tailored to the individual, respecting differences and recognising varying staff and resident needs.
No prior experience is required, as we will provide comprehensive training. If you're new to care, we will fully support you in your development. However, we do expect you to demonstrate a flexible, hardworking, and caring attitude, along with a willingness to work as part of a dedicated team and hold a valid right to work in the UK.
