Care Specialist

This is a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality care and support to residents in a residential setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and leading the shift team, promoting individualized care, dignity, and independence for each resident.
We are looking for a compassionate and caring individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to use IT systems.
About the RoleThis role includes an attractive salary package of £30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. The position also offers an additional £2000 attraction payment, which will be paid as £1000.00 on joining and £1000.00 on completion of the probationary period.
The Employment Type is 36 hours per week, providing a good work-life balance for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, individualized care and support to residents during the day time.
- Supervise and lead the shift team, ensuring a happy and caring atmosphere.
- Work together as a team to create a supportive environment for residents.
- At least 2 years' experience as a Care Assistant in residential care.
- Completed an L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care.
- A compassionate and caring nature.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to use IT systems.
- Ability to lead and motivate staff members.
- Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- A flexible approach to working hours.
