Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Fenwick Healthcare. In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents with daily living tasks, mobility needs, and emotional well-being.

About the Role:

  • Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Support residents with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment if necessary.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a welcoming and positive environment.
  • Assist with meals, including feeding residents who require help and monitoring nutritional needs.
  • Follow individual care plans and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to senior staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided, adhering to confidentiality and data protection standards.
  • Promote residents' independence and well-being wherever possible.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external healthcare professionals.
