The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Chef to join our Hartford Care family. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, nutritious meals and snacks to our residents while maintaining excellent food hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of appetizing and nutritious meals and snacks for residents
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
• Work collaboratively with the care team to create a positive and inclusive dining experience
• Develop and implement menus that cater to different dietary needs and preferences
• Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to a high standard
• Contribute to the development of a positive and respectful team culture

Requirements:

• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
