In this position, you will be responsible for creating a happy and caring atmosphere for our residents, providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional, and psychological activities tailored to their individual needs.


We are looking for an organised and sociable individual who can lead and organise activities, bringing people together and demonstrating a flexible and hard-working attitude. You will have the opportunity to work as part of a dedicated team, showing care and compassion at all times.


No previous experience is required for this role, as we provide full training. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment, with opportunities for paid training and development throughout your career.


This is a varied role that may include accompanying residents to local events, leading chair exercise classes, reminiscing with residents about their childhood holidays, or doing arts and crafts. You will be required to demonstrate a caring and compassionate attitude, with a desire to work in a team and provide excellent care to our residents.
