Job Title: Activities Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and engaging environment for our residents. Your role will involve planning and delivering a range of activities that cater to individual skills, hobbies, and interests, with the aim of improving the quality of life and promoting dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement activity programs that meet the diverse needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and inclusive approach to resident care
  • Provide opportunities for social interaction, physical activity, and mental stimulation
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activity programs and make recommendations for improvement

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
