Job Title: Activities Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and engaging environment for our residents. Your role will involve planning and delivering a range of activities that cater to individual skills, hobbies, and interests, with the aim of improving the quality of life and promoting dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement activity programs that meet the diverse needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and inclusive approach to activity planning
  • Provide opportunities for residents to engage in physical, social, emotional, and psychological activities
  • Ensure activities are tailored to individual needs and preferences
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activity programs
Requirements:
  • No prior experience is required, as we provide full training
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a dedicated team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a caring and compassionate attitude

This role is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. We have full-time and part-time positions available with a flexible working pattern weekdays and weekends.
