About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Endoscopy Lead Practitioner to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a key member of our endoscopy team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the improvement of our endoscopy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality planned care across the endoscopy patient pathway, supporting and assisting the Endoscopy Practitioner Lead in the management and organisation of care provision within the endoscopy unit.
  • Participate in the improvement of Essential Quality Requirements and Best Practice standards for flexible endoscopy services, including decontamination and clinical care.
  • Develop and enhance your skills and knowledge to ensure you are up-to-date with the latest best practices and technologies.
  • Apply legislation, policies, and procedures correctly to ensure compliance and quality care.
  • Respect patients' dignity, privacy, wishes, and beliefs, providing a safe and supportive environment for all.
  • Participate in departmental communication, policy development, and continuous quality improvement and meetings.
