About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Endoscopy Lead Practitioner to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a key member of our endoscopy team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the management and organization of care provision within the endoscopy unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quality planned care across the endoscopy patient pathway, supporting and assisting the Endoscopy Practitioner Lead in the management and organization of care provision within the endoscopy unit.
  • Provide quality planned care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures within own scope of practice.
  • Participate in the improvement of Essential Quality Requirements and Best Practice standards for flexible endoscopy services, including decontamination and clinical care.
  • Develop and enhance own skills and knowledge.
  • Apply legislation, policies, and procedures correctly.
  • Respect patients' dignity, privacy, wishes, and beliefs.
  • Participate in departmental communication, policy development, and continuous quality improvement and meetings.
