About this Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Endoscopy Lead Practitioner to join our team at Circle Health Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality planned care across the endoscopy patient pathway, supporting and assisting the Endoscopy Practitioner Lead in the management and organisation of care provision within the endoscopy unit.
  • Deliver quality planned care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures within own scope of practice.
  • Contribute to the improvement in Essential Quality Requirements and Best Practice standards for flexible endoscopy services, including decontamination and clinical care.
  • Develop and enhance own skills and knowledge to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Apply legislation, policies, and procedures correctly to ensure compliance and quality care.
  • Maintain patient dignity, privacy, wishes, and beliefs, providing a compassionate and respectful care environment.
  • Participate in departmental communication, policy development, and continuous quality improvement and meetings.
