About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Deputy Headteacher to join our team at Woodland Community Primary School. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a central role in driving forward our ambitious strategic plans and building on recent success.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving strong outcomes as an excellent classroom practitioner across the primary age range and a significant and successful track record of improving the quality of education through their leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of teachers and support staff to secure the very best outcomes for all children
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve teaching and learning across the school
  • Work closely with the Headteacher and Governing Board to drive forward the school's strategic plans
