Deputy Headteacher

We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to join our senior leadership team at Parkfield Primary School. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students and contributing to the school's continued success.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and inspirational leader with a passion for teaching and learning. You will be responsible for managing significant areas across the school, including the role of SENCO, and will work closely with the senior leadership team to drive improvement and excellence.

• Lead and manage improvement initiatives across the school
• Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies
• Manage the role of SENCO and provide support to students with special educational needs
• Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team to drive school improvement
• Contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and policies
