About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, providing timely and effective interventions as needed.

  • Conduct thorough assessments, including vital signs and symptom checks, to identify potential health issues and develop strategies for prevention and management.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and a valid Statement of NMC Registration.
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in an acute hospital environment within the last 3 years.
