About the Role

Willis Global Ltd is seeking an experienced AOG Operations Specialist to join our team in the International Operations Centre. As a key member of our Operations Specialist Team, you will be responsible for fulfilling time-critical demands from airline customers while working closely with the Operations Specialist Team Leader and team to ensure operational performance meets contracted targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Act as a focal point for Company's contracted customers and Programme Managers, handling time-critical orders and ensuring requirements are handled efficiently.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensure demands are raised in a timely manner, sources of supply are identified, and shipments are arranged in accordance with the contractual service level.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with the airline/customer daily operational demands process, alongside the fulfillment of customer requests in accordance with the contractual service level.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively engage with the allocated Programme and Operations managers to ensure implementation of all contractual requirements to guarantee customer satisfaction and contract performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify potential problems and risks, evaluate, and anticipate implications, and be proactive with all concerned parties in developing and defining contingency/recovery plans and actions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven supply chain or logistics or AOG operations experience gained within a high-pressurized / time-critical environment.
  • Knowledge: Broad knowledge and understanding of Airline / Aviation / Aerospace Operating and business environment, including Technical Services, Logistics Operations, and Customer Service.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment, experience in working with demanding customers, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
