Senior Health and Safety Consultant Opportunity

A leading global Health & Safety Consultancy, Brandon James Ltd, is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Health and Safety Consultant to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will take the lead on a high-profile MOD project for 12 months, working on site-based assignments with opportunities for future projects across the UK.

This consultancy has experienced significant growth in the last 18 months, attracting a diverse range of clients and securing a strong pipeline of exciting projects across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site health and safety audits, inspections, and accident investigations.
  • Advise clients on project team capabilities and management, providing comprehensive H&S guidance, training, and support.
  • Manage project administration, including the creation of Health and Safety Files.
  • Deliver key H&S services such as Risk Assessments, Fire Risk Assessments, audits, and training, acting as the "Competent Person" for client portfolios.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a construction-related health and safety role.
  • Demonstrable experience providing client-side health and safety services within the construction or property sectors.
  • Familiarity with CDM Regulations and experience in roles such as PD, CDM Coordinator, or Health and Safety Advisor/Manager.
  • Experience with large-scale, complex projects in the UK.
Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday work schedule, with site hours typically between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
