About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Bromford, a leading housing association. This pivotal role is crucial in ensuring the well-being of our colleagues and customers, aligning with our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on health and safety best practices
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance
Requirements
  • NEBOSH diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Membership of IOSH with a minimum of three years of continuous professional development (CPD)
  • Excellent working knowledge of health and safety regulations and frameworks
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in report writing and data analysis
