About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Bromford. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the business to achieve the aims of our health and safety policy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating hazards and improving safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Membership of IOSH with a minimum of three years of continuous professional development (CPD).
  • Excellent working knowledge of health and safety regulations and frameworks.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present and advocate for health and safety measures persuasively.
  • Proficiency in report writing and the ability to use data to support recommendations and decisions.
