Sleaford, Lincolnshire, United Kingdom United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust Full time
About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated midwife to join our team as a Continuity of Care Midwife. In this role, you will provide maternity care for women who live within the Sleaford area, working closely with a small and supportive team. The ideal candidate will have all-round midwifery experience, including antenatal clinic, postnatal, and intrapartum care, and will be able to demonstrate skills in multidisciplinary work and time management.

The role involves working within the Continuity of Carer model of care, which has demonstrated a better work-life balance for midwives who work within this model. You will cover days and nights on call for the women in your caseload, providing an on-call rota to support the wider homebirth service across the community areas.

A competitive salary of approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including training and development opportunities, make this an attractive opportunity for experienced midwives. Registration with the NMC and a degree or diploma in midwifery are essential qualifications for this position.
