Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced in-patient care nurse to join our team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse range of mental health needs and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care. Key responsibilities include assessing clients' personal needs, implementing clinical skills, constructing client care plans, and performing nursing interventions. This role offers a competitive salary, ranging from £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
