About the Role

The Emotional and Behavioural Mentor will work closely with students aged 11-16 years old, supporting them to manage their behaviour and emotions effectively. This includes providing one-on-one and small group mentoring sessions to help students develop social and emotional skills, as well as collaborating with teachers and other professionals to create individualized plans for students.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for ongoing training and professional development.
