Key Responsibilities

As a Continuity of Care Midwife at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maternity care to women who live within the Sleaford area. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to women in your caseload
* Working closely with a small and supportive team to deliver high-quality patient care
* Covering days and nights on call for the women in your caseload, providing an on-call rota to support the wider homebirth service across the community areas
* Demonstrating skills in multidisciplinary work, time management, and computer literacy

A competitive salary of approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including training and development opportunities, make this an attractive opportunity for experienced midwives. Registration with the NMC and a degree or diploma in midwifery are essential qualifications for this position.
