About the Position

We are looking for a highly motivated Occupational Therapist Level 1 (Band 5 equivalent) to join our team in Lincolnshire County Council's Children's Services department.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, skill acquisition and support care provision using the PEOP model. This involves providing advice, equipment and recommendations for adaptations to support children, young people and their carers in the home environment.

The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively with children, young people and their families.
