The Lincolnshire County Council is looking for a Residential Care Officer to lead our team in providing high-quality care and support to young people. As a Residential Care Officer, you will supervise shifts, develop projects, and mentor new staff. You will also contribute to the development of our residents and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from £31,586 to £34,314, plus benefits such as a comprehensive pension scheme and annual leave entitlement. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure excellent care and support.

You should have experience working with children and adolescents, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. A driving license is an advantage.
