NHS Service Development Specialist

The NHS is seeking a skilled Service Development Specialist to join their team in South West Lincolnshire. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to design and deliver innovative new healthcare services and manage operational services effectively.
You will be responsible for engaging with key internal and external stakeholders, identifying risks and opportunities, and collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues. The successful candidate will also support GP practices to deliver the PCN DES contract and manage staff and operational services efficiently.
