Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on employment law and company policies, ensuring compliance and fairness in all employee relations matters.
- Support managers in managing and improving employee performance, identifying areas for growth and development.
- Assist in managing short and long-term absence, balancing the welfare of employees with the needs of the business.
- Contribute to the development of training programs and employee engagement initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with the Resourcing team to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce, providing coaching and support to managers in interviewing and assessment processes.
- Participate in project teams across the wider HR function, driving initiatives to maximize attraction and minimize attrition.
Requirements
- CIPD qualified or working towards an accreditation, with knowledge of employment law and ability to implement in practical situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to use IT platforms and preferably SAP experience.
- Ability to coach and influence at a range of levels, with commercial awareness and understanding of business operations and targets.
- Proven experience producing reports aligned to HR metrics, with ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.
